Dead Raccoons, Birds, Hats and yes, more Gorillas

Yesterday my friend Katie came to visit from Scotland so we went to check out Hats: An Anthology by Stephen Jones at the V&A.
What I wasn't expecting to find was a hat (well more of a tent) that was particularly Gorillaish. It was made from ostrich feathers by Stephen Jones for none other than Giles Deacon for the Giles s/s 07 show. So the Gorilla arms weren't Giles' first Gorilla look.

There was also this insane hat that was just a dead Raccoon with a dead Bird on it's neck. Pretty much the most disgusting thing you could ever wear on your head.
